Whitbread PLC approached Mighty Media looking for a means to communicate to their employees the roll-out of a new concept pub aimed at families. Existing pubs would be refurbished and relaunched under the new brand. Whitbread were aware that change on this scale would need to be handled carefully to avoid confusion amongst staff and encourage them to embrace the change.

Shot over two days at the recently completed launch venue, the video captured the lively, entertaining atmosphere that the new theme encapsulated. Customer and staff interviews reinforced the success of the concept and reinsured existing employees that the change was a good one.

Post launch research confirmed the video was a great success in managing the change.
