A recent production for Coca-Cola involved filming a conference for their EAME senior directors and managers in London, editing the footage during the night and screening the result the following morning.

The Coca-Cola delegates attended typical activities during the course of the day including presentations, speeches and discussion forums. During the evening a boat cruise was organised which provided an opportunity for relaxation, refreshment and entertainment where, amongst other activities a 'fake money' casino was available. Everything was filmed and many short interviews were taken to help capture the spirit of the event.

The resulting footage was taken to the on-site edit suite and cut during the night into a fast paced, positive reminder of the previous day. The finished production was screened early that morning and following its successful viewing copies where requested for the delegates.
